When I was younger and got forced to go Nigerian get-togethers with my mum, knowing akara was there used to soften the blow lol
Ingredients (In the order of appearance)
Black eye beans – throw away the skin
Oil
Onions
Pepper
Salt – put this in the mix before you put in oil
