This episode learn how to make a yummy chocolate mocha swiss roll that looks like a log for a cute little baby sloth that will go on top. I was inspired this week by Coyote Peterson’s recent episode of Brave Wilderness where he traveled to Costa Rica and met a cute baby sloth!! I was overwhelmed by cuteness and knew I had to bake something with all the sweet energy! Eggs – 9 oz
Sugar – 6 oz
Sifted Cake Flour – 6 oz
Mocha Moose Filling
Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing
