1) 1 glass milk- chilled
2) 3-4 tablespoon sugar (to taste)
3) 2 ripe bananas
4) 3-4 cashews (split)
5) 4-5 almonds
6) 5-6 raisins
7) 2 tablespoon coconut- grated
