  1. This is perfect timing thank you Cara!
I just picked up some red quinoia and had no idea how to give it flavor
without having it taste so bland.

Does anyone know how to sprout it, do you put it on a paper towel or on
    sprouting paper?

  2. Thanks so much for posting guys,i have been a chef for many years and it is
nice to see someone who has excellent well practiced knife
    skills…..impressed ……John ,England UK.

  3. I just made this and used coarsely ground up soaked almonds that were
soaking for a few hours instead of waiting to sprout quinoa. I also used
cilantro instead of parsley and made a few other minor changes. It tasted
great, and was quick to make! Thank you guys for reminding me of this dish

  4. I like to heat up or blend veges with spices to 18 degrees and then eat as
soup. I live in freezing winter conditions in Toronto and our bodies crave
warmth. Can you suggest any easy warm blender soups with more protein,
such as legume/pea/bean/quinoa, as these usually need to be cooked longer
than 18 degrees might allow. I love blender soups, but maybe I’ll have to
    use pre-cooked or canned beans?

    • Some sort of corn chowder or potato bisque. I often have insomnia 🙁
and look at recipes online when I don’t have the ingredients and my taste
buds, bad time to peruse food! I found a potato bisque that looked so good.
Wonder how to make a crab tasting bisque. There is some vegan way to make
it taste sea food like as I can’t stomach knowing those poor crabs suffer
anymore, used to eat lobster as a kid, never knew!
