1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon​ vanilla extract
1 cup packed grated carrots

Frosting:
1/4 cup of cold cream cheese (56g)
1/4 cup of room temperature butter (56g)
1/2 cup of confectioner sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
