This recipe is easy, inexpensive and elegant. With beef and pork getting so expensive, I find I serve more chicken and I am always looking for new ways to prepare it. This is on the top of my list.


    • I haven’t posted the bread bowls yet. The video is done, but I always give youtube time to see if they are going to tag it as “not suitable.” They do that with most of my videos, then I have to wait for it to be manually reviewed and cleared. I guess they think I am posting “food porn.”

      My plan is to post the bread bowls Wednesday. We have one left and Athena is eating it as sliced bread for jelly sandwiches.
