This week Gross Guy teaches you how to make Chili Bread Balls, a very delicious hearty snack for you to make with your friends!

Ingredients
Chili
1/2 LB of ground beef
1/2 Pack of bacon
1 Can of mixed beams
1 Can of tomato sauce
1 Can of diced tomatoes
1 Can of tomato paste
1 Diced small onion
1 Package of chili seasoning
3 Tbsp chili powder

Dough
1 Cup of warm water
1 Tbsp of yeast
1 Tbsp of sugar
1 Tbsp of salt
2 1/2 Cups of flour

1 Jar of Queso

Tools
1 Cutting board
1 Chef knife
2 Frying pans
1 Large pot
2 Mixing bowls
1 Cake tray or ice cube tray
1 Oven tray

Step 1
Cook ground beef and bacon bit’s in seperate frying pans on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Step 2
In a large pot add ground beef, bacon bits, mixed beans, tomato sauce, diced tomato, tomato paste, diced onion, chili seasoning, chili powder and bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 1 Hour. Once the chili is cooked place in an ice cube tray and refrigerate in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Step 3
In a mixing bowl add 1 cup of warm water, 1 Tbsp of yeast, 1 Tbsp salt and 1 Tbsp of sugar then let activate for 10 minutes. Once the yeast is activated mix in 2 1/2 Cups of flour and mix well until a dough forms then cover with a cloth and let rise for 20 minutes.

Step 4
Once the dough has risen flour a surface
and roll it out into a large sheet then cut small squares. Remove the chili blocks from the ice cube tray and place in the center of the dough squares and cover with dough. Once all the chili balls are wrapped bake in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 5
Cheese sauce.
