Below you will find the recipe for 6-8 pieces (20 cm cake pan)

cake dough:
⦁ 80 gr all purpose flour
⦁ 50 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
⦁ 100 gr sugar or brown sugar
⦁ 60 gr butter
⦁ 1/2 tbsp baking soda
⦁ 1/4 tbsp baking powder
⦁ 1 egg
⦁ 125 ml milk
⦁ pinch of salt

chocolate syrup:
⦁ 100 gr sugar
⦁ 50 gr water
⦁ 1 tbsp cocoa powder

decoration:
⦁ chocolates
⦁ mint leaves
⦁ or anything you would love to decorate your cake with 😉

25 min./180 °C (top and bottom heat)
