CUSTARD CAKE RECIPE

CHIFFON CAKE
mixture A.
8 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBSP baking powder
2 cups cake flour

mixture B.
8 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp COT

Leche flan
1 can (big) condensed milk
1/4 cup evap
3 egg yolks
2 whole eggs

3 TBSP sugar (caramel)

preheat oven 350F
BAKE 45-1 hour
