Hazelnut cake: easy to cook and really delicious!

Here is the recipe:
200 g / 7 oz Flour
200 g / 7 oz Roasted hazelnut – remove skin
200 g / 7 oz Sugar
100 g / 3.5 oz Butter
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tbsp Rum
1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
