METHOD:

tart ke ajza gondh kar thori dair keliye rakh den,phir bail kar tart pan men set kar den.is par lubia rakh kar pehle say garam oven men 250 c par 15 mint tak paka kar nikaal len.andon ko chop kar len.frying pan men 2 khane ke chamche tail garam karen aur sausage ko halka sa tal kar nikaal len.saas pan men makhan pighla kar miada bhonen,phir chamcha chalate howe dudh mila len,ubaal ajaye to mastard paste dalen aur garha hone par cholah band kar den.tart par ande sausage,sauce aur paneer phehlaye pehle say garam oven men 200 c par 15 mint tak paka kar nikalen aur garma garam paish karen.
