Make eggless protein shake at home without protein powder ,here i am sharing homemade protein shake recipe
1 big banana = 2 gms protein
1 handful almonds = 5 gms protein
30 gms oats = 5 gms protein
15 gms flaxseeds = 3 gms protein
2 tbsp peanut butter = 8 gms protein
250 ml milk = 12 gms protein
grind oats and flaxseeds and almonds to make powder
add all others ingredients and blend very well.
Tip – Use cold milk for great taste
