How to make balsamic reduction –

Ingredients
1 cup pecans
1 stick butter
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

2 sheets puff pastry
4 – 5 figs
1 bosc pear
balsamic reduction or honey for garnish

*This will make about 18 tarts
