Maeve Madden shares her favourite post-workout protein shake recipe featuring Fulfil Milk Chocolate and Mint bar. Perfect for post-workout, or just as a delicious treat! Just chuck it all in a blender and whizz it up – couldn’t be easier!

Ingredients (1 serving):
– 1/2 milk chocolate and mint Fulfil bar
– 100g Greek or coconut yoghurt
– 3-4 mint leaves
– 100ml almond milk
– Sprinkle of dark chocolate chips
– 2 handfuls of spinach
– 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
