A lime take on the classic Jaffa cake , yum 🙂

For the jelly:
135g packet jelly cubes
250ml boiling water

For the sponge:
200g unsalted butter for greasing
200g caster sugar
3 medium eggs, beaten
200g self raising flour
Finely grated zest and 1 tbsp juice

For the topping:
100g dark chocolate
100g milk chocolate
100ml cream
