Gyoza Pastry

50g Flour *All purpose flour
50g Bread flour *Strong flour
5 Tbsp (75ml) Hot water

  1. Thank you for this video. I’m excited to try it. Are their any plans on making a video for the completion of the dumplings? Like how to fold them, what contents you recommend, and temperature and time in oil (or steam)?
