Filo (fillo or phyllo) pastry is a paper-thin translucent pastry used in Greek, Turkish, Eastern European and Middle Eastern recipes.
Here’s a perfect video tutorial on how you can make your own phyllo at home. It does take practice and skill.
My mother is very very good at making phyllo dough and afterwards rolling out filo dough
500g all-purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup water (add the water gradually)
1 tsp salt
