Here it is! The smoothie I drink after a workout or even as a meal if i need something more convenient.😉 .
Recipe:
1 cup of Ice
1-2 cups Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 cup Blue Berries
1/2 Avocado
1 teaspoon Cacoa Powder
1 teaspoon Maca Powder
1 scoop Collagen
2 scoops Protein Powder (Any kind and depending on how much protein you need)
1 teaspoon Almond Butter .
