Kale Shake Recipe:

Ingredients:
•1/2 bunch kale
•1 banana
•1/4 cup red grapes
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1 dash cayenne pepper (to taste)
•1/2 cup ice
•1/2 cup water (or until consistency is reached)

Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together in a powerful blender.

Kale Shake is rich with iron. Its a very healthy drink specially for women.
