  1. No nooch? Hmmm I do love kale chips, but have had them with nutritional yeast on them. If you don’t have an Excalibur, would the oven work or would you not recommend that?

    • Binary Finary you could definitely add nooch to this recipe and it would be amazing I’m sure! You could use the oven at the lowest temp with the door cracked I believe but I’ve never done it that way. If you wanted to do it that way I would just Google how to make kale chips in the oven and I’m sure there are plenty of people doing it that way… Just might not be raw but hey it’s still delicious and whole food!

  2. Wow these look totally delicious! I love the use of a dehydrator for them… I was taught to make the kale chips in the oven and obviously that takes the life out of them… This looks so much better, can’t wait to get a dehydrator! Thanks for the video and recipe.
