    • Soak it, and it “blooms” after a couple days… softens, and cracks open, makes it edible, as well as digestible 🙂

  1. Do you not worry about herbicides and pesticides from non-organic produce? I think it makes quite a difference in the long run. Always try your best to get organic especially with the most sprayed foods. Research the Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen and checkout this video
