Poppy : Amazing Antioxidant Punch 0:45

1/4 Red Cabbage
2 Green Pears
1 Lemon
4-6 Red Radishes ( no stems)
1/2 inch of Raw Ginger ( add more to taste)
Handful of Blueberries (Optional)


Now don’t get me wrong, I am not a super non toxic mom that never lets her kids eat sugar and is afraid of fast food. We have had our fair share or nuggets. I am not nearly as focused on Fearing Bad Food as I am in having Faith in Good Food. I honestly feel that if you want your kids to have a normal childhood they are going to run into unhealthy snacks and sweet treats, I do not let that run my life. I do however, try my best to pump them equally or more so with the greatest nutrients I can find to help them stay Healthy and Strong.

I have been searching for Juice Recipes that my kids will love all over the internet that include some superfood vegetables that I can never get them to eat. I have yet to find juice recipes for children that contain some of the highest antioxidant superfoods I can find. The question of How to get your kids to eat vegetables is ALWAYS on our mind and finding healthy food for kids on the internet can be complicated and time consuming.
