Hi everyone! I just wanted to share with you another one of my low fat raw vegan recipes! It’s an oriental based dish that I hope you all enjoy. Super flavorful! Recipe down below. Enjoy the fun video! 🙂
2/3 cup water or vegetable broth
3 medjool dates
3 large lemon wedges
Garlic, Ginger, Oregano, leek onion to taste
*Use whatever type of cabbage you prefer. I love savory cabbage because it has much more flavor. You can either lightly steam them or you can freeze & thaw them out to get them soft.
*Use whatever veggies you desire on the inside. I like to use bock choy, carrot, celery, peppers, cherry tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, sprouts, and oriental sprouted beans/peas.
Enjoy all of that raw nutrition your body craves! 🙂
