Ingredients
(3 servings)
1 large mango
1.5 large mugs milk
6 tbsp sugar or more
1/2 mug or more crushed ice
some cardamonm powder for garnishing

Method
1. Wash & wipe mango. Remove skin and cut pulp into small pieces.
2. Put in a blender, add a little milk and blend till everything blends to a smooth consistency.
3. Add powdered sugar, rest of the milk & crushed ice.
4. Blend again till all the sugar dissolves. Add more sugar &/or ice if needed.
5. Pour in mugs and sprinkle some cardamom powder on the mango shake.
6. Serve chilled
