Hey everyone! This is what I typically have for breakfast or lunch. It keeps me full and it gives me the fuel I need to make it through the morning! Its roughly 330 calories, so I count it as a meal. Full recipe and calorie breakdown below!
2 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk= 60 cals
1/2 of a medium banana= about 55 cals (per my fitness pal)
1 tbs of Peanut butter (organic would be healthier, however this is what I had one hand) =90 cals
2 tbs Vanilla Pro Shake= 90 cals
1 tbs milled brown flax seed= 35 cals
