  1. I tend to eat more raw in the summer and more starch based in the winter. It gets down to -40°c where I live so finding fresh fruit in the winter is expensive and smoothies make me cold lol.

  2. How do you balance listening to your body and acctualy getting what it needs? What I mean is: I go weeks when all I want is my fruit smoothies and my salad, but then I go weeks when all I want all day is just and only to eat fruits. But if I go and log it into cronometer (fruit days) I barely reach 100% on the minerals and vitamins and my protein intake is at like 20g or 30g which is very low for someone who works out (or for any person). Hope my question makes any sense.

  3. It would be so amazing if everyone ate like this. I think people would make better decisions and choices and have way more energy if we ate like this. Though it’s not for everyone.
