Recipe:

8th Day of Christamas
1 oz Hendrick’s Gin
3/4 oz sour cherry cordial
1/4 oz fresh lime juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Chilled dry white sparkling wine
Combine all ingredients in a champagne flute and stir gently.
