You can now make your own chocolate cupcake egg free and without oven with this recipe! This is my go to recipe whenever I need to make chocolate cupcake. They are so moist and has a rich chocolate flavor intensified by adding coffee.
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
½ tablespoon instant coffee powder/granules
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil (canola)
• This recipe makes 12 cupcakes
• You can steam them low and slow for about 22-25 minutes to prevent cracking and have a smooth domed top
