Pastry Cream Italian Recipe Pastry cream to which I added dark chocolate, this is the same that I used in the video decoration 😉
If you would like to make it to coffee (I suggest you try it) you have to replace 50g. of milk with 50 g. of restricted coffee and continue with the recipe 😉

4 yolks
160 g fine sugar
60 g plain flour
500 g hot milk
Optional (50- 100 g chicolate)
