8 Tbsp Almased • 12 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk • 1 Tbsp peanut butter powder • 1 tsp strawberry extract

PREPARATION
This recipe can be made into a smoothie or smoothie bowl. The choice is yours!

To a blender, all the liquid ingredients first, then the dry ingredients. Afterward, blend for a few seconds, then pour into a glass and enjoy!

If you’re on phase 2 of the Almased Diet, you can turn your PB&J into a smoothie bowl. Pour your PB&J shake into a bowl and add healthy toppings, like nuts, goji berries, pumpkin or flax seeds…etc.
