A relatively simple recipe made with store bought puff pastry, pinenuts, spinach and feta cheese. These are often used as appetizers but can also be served as a starter (entree) with a salad. Serve them warm and watch them fly off the plate, better triple the recipe!

  1. okay now i have an idea for my christmas eve, hors de vours. thanks. Think i might sub the pine nuts though for some other nut, maybe walnut? or almond?
