learn to make puff or bake samosa in a quick and easy way
ingridients-: 1 cup maida (refiened flour)
5 tbsp ghee
water to kneed the dough
potato filling
panner filing etc
process-: Take one cup of plain flour or maida add a tablespoon of
saturated fat or ghee incorporate it and you will get a
bread crumps like consistency now add some water
kneed this into a soft dough now cover it with a damp
cloth and keep it aside for half an hour now roll it into a
thin sheet please note while rolling make sure you lift the
sheet and sprinkle some plain flor now start applying
ghee and sprinkle some plain flour and fold repeat the
process with intervals of 15 min until you get something
like this now your puff sheet it ready roll it out cut into
small pieces and bae for 20 mins on 200.c in a preheated
oven you will get Khari or take a square piece and putt
some potato filling inside and bake make some bake
samosa or patties
You can play around with the filling and make any patties
or puff say veg paneer noodles etc.
