Ultra delicious and very addictive. This banana ravioli is a real treat, with amazing strawberry filling and luxurious crunchy taste. Great to make and share.

Banana Ravioli
Raw Vegan and Gluten Free:

“Pasta
4 bananas

Filling
1 banana
3 strawberries

Serve
fruit
maple syrup

1. In a food processor or high speed blender, mash 4 bananas.
 
2. Dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) for 3-4 hours or until ready to flip to mesh or stainless steel tray, then continue dehydrating until almost dry (1-2 hours).
 
3. In a food processor or high speed blender blend filling ingredients until smooth.
 
4. Use half the pasta as bottom and half as top. Put the filling in the middle of each planned square. Cover with the top. Press around fill and cut into squares.
 
5. Continue dehydrating for at least another hour, or until ready to transfer to plate.
 
6. Serve with fruit and maple syrup.”

  1. Hello! Love your recipes, I just discovered this channel while looking for a raw vegan chicken tikka masala recipe(the sauce). I was wondering if that’s something you would be able to do? I really miss chicken tikka masala, I was thinking of putting it over sprouted quinoa and cauliflower, I’m just fairly new to being raw vegan and not sure how to make a thick sauce like the tikka masala I am accustom to!

    • Hi Eng, that’s a great idea! I actually have something using Southern Chicken Masala in my cookbook, Mission Raw, and using coconut meat for the “chicken” You can see all the images from the book here:

    • Oh and it was the palak paneer video that I ended up running into which gave me the idea that you might be able to make a great RAW VEGAN tikka masala!
