This week, I ate only raw vegan for a week and I share with you what I ate as a raw vegan in a week and my weight loss as a raw vegan. There were a lot of smoothies, zucchini pastas, nuts, bowls of fruits and veggies and creative raw vegan recipes.
The meals and drinks are really easy to make as you don’t need that many cooking utensils and all I needed for the whole week was just a blender, spiralizer and and a grater for the vegetables. These really helped me out a lot so you can get one too.
