To make this sushi even more delicous… after mixing everything up and just before adding to the nori, toss it in a food processor with a little savory cashew cream (cashews, a clove of garlic, a pinky nail size of ginger, lemon juice and water) and process for 10 seconds. The result is a mixture I just couldn’t stop eating long enough to roll! Don’t add too much savory cheese or it might be too mushy to roll!
Sushi is such a good idea! After this inspired to make vegan spicy crab…omg good.
Dang! I make stuff like this, but I use a leaf or a nori sheet. Never thought to layer them. What a great idea, thanks! ?
