This week Chef Atari creates and and asian grilled cheese.

1/2 Pound Raw shrimp
1/2 Cup Green onion
1 Tbsp Minced garlic
1/2 Tsp Thai red curry paste
1/2 Tsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Egg white
1 Tsp Hoisin sauce
1/2 Cup of sasame seeds
Vegetable oil to fry
4 to 6 Slices of cheese
4 to 6 Slices of white bread

1 Chef knife
1 Cutting board
1 Food processor
1 Frying pan
1 Large pot
1 Pair of metal tongs or metal slotted spoon
1 Spatula

Step 1
Add 1/2 Pound Raw shrimp, 1/2 Cup Green onion, 1 Tbsp Minced garlic, 1/2 Tsp Thai red curry paste, 1/2 Tsp Sesame oil, 1 Tbsp Soy sauce, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Paprika, 1 Tsp Sugar, 1 Egg white and 1 Tsp Hoisin sauce to a food processor and blend until all ingredients form a paste.

Step 2
Toast bread slices then cut the edges off. Spread shrimp paste on toast and cover in sesame seeds.

Step 3
Heat oil to 350 degrees farenhiet and shallow fry each side of the shrimp toast for 2 minutes until golden brown. Once fried place shrimp toast on a tray lined with paper towel to absorb grease.

Step 4
Place 2 slices of cheese between 2 pieces of shrimp toast. Melt butter in frying pan and grill each side of the shrimp toast until cheese is melted.
