One Spring Roll Pastry, Endless Variations.

Full flavours of pizza in a bite-sized snack!

– ‘Spring Home’ Spring Roll Pastry, 8.5 inch (thawed)*
– Chicken Ham
– Tomato Paste
– Button Mushrooms
– Pineapple Cubes
– Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
– Egg Wash

1. Cut chicken ham, button mushrooms and pineapple cubes into small pieces
2. Based on required quantity, layer a few sheets of pastry on top of one another
3. Using a knife and with two cuts (one vertical and one horizontal), cut them into four sets of squares
4. On a piece of pastry square, place the ingredients in the following sequence:
– A small piece of chicken ham
– A small amount of tomato paste
– Some button mushroom bits
– Some pineapple bits
– Some shredded mozzarella cheese
5. Apply egg wash on all four sides for firm sealing
6. Fold the square up into the shape of a parcel and ensure it is sealed up firmly
7. Repeat for the rest
8. Deep-fry them at 185 degree Celsius for 2 minutes or till they turn golden brown
9. Remove and drain oil
10. Serve hot and enjoy

*Tip for Pastry: Covering thawed pastry with a clean damp cloth helps to retain moisture in pastry
