This recipe was given to me by my friend almost 30 years ago. I modified a bit to make it easier. You can use any filling you wish, Meat, chicken, veggies.
It may look difficult but it’s not. The dough freezes well. Even if you make the whole pastry with stuffing and freeze, it turns out very good. Saves you time when you have guests and want to serve as appetizer.
You can make different shapes using this dough. It comes out nice and flaky due to the rolling and stretching several times, as shown in the video.
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
half tsp salt
1 & 3/4 cups warm milk
6 oz butter
1 heaped tsp yeast
3 tbsp warm water
