Instead of drinking unhealthy hot chocolate from the stores, you can whip up this healthy version in no time. It is loaded with so many healing nutrients that you will even notice a difference in your mood. This drink can help with focus, depression and anxiety.

Childrens Recipe:
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 c. almond milk
2 tsp. raw cacao
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
2 tsp. raw honey or 100% maple syrup

Stir all together and add a straw 🙂

Adult Recipe:
1/2-1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. almond or coconut milk
2 tsp. raw cacao
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg and cardamom
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. raw honey or 100% maple syrup or 1 tsp raw stevia
Whisk all together

    currently have the Hershey’s cocoa, and will use that for now. I need to
    get some more turmeric and coconut oil. I cannot believe I have let myself
