Superman Shake for Strength and Muscle Power Recipe:
•3 Raw Eggs
•2 Scoops vanilla whey protein powder
•4-8 oz. kefir or Raw Goats Milk Yogurt
•3 Tbsp sprouted almond butter
•1 tbsp chia seeds
•1 tsp Cinnamon
•1/2 cup ice
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until well incorporated. Drink immediately.
