Ingrediente:

Pentru blat:

– 6 oua (la temperatura camerei)
– 180g zahar
– 1 lingurita extract de vanilie
– 120g faina
– 1/4 lingurita de sare
– 50g faina de migdale

Pentru crema:

– 120g ciocolata alba
– 70ml lapte de cocos
– 500ml frisca
– 250g crema de branza (la temperatura camerei)
– 50g fulgi de cocos
– 4-5 linguri zahar pudra (la gust)

Pentru decor:

– 200g de ciocolata alba temperata
– bomboane Raffaello
– extra fulgi de cocos

– 120g flour
– 50g almond flour

– 70ml coconut milk
– 500ml whipping cream
– 250g cream cheese (room temperature)
– 50g dessicated coconut
– 4-5 tbsp powder sugar (to taste)

For the decor:

– 200g tempered white chocolate
– Raffaello chocolates
– extra coconut
