My Virgin Kitchen is a YouTube cooking channel created when I wanted to teach myself how to cook and create a video diary of the journey . I have never had a professional lesson & am just your every day chap attempting recipes to inspire you guys to try too.   1. You needed your icing to be a little more liquid, not runny, that makes it
    easier to spread. Also, using a piping bag (or ziplock bags) with a wide
    hole or tip, makes putting the icing on the cake much more easy.

  2. you need to add more liquid to your frosting or make an Italian meringue or
    Swiss meringue buttercream and that’ll make it easier to decorate.
