  1. stuffy nose/throat/sinuses/dry and slimey eyes when u wake up in the morning = clogged colon
    stahp starches and sue the fucking plant based doctors who promote starch based low fat diets, they cant read studies right

    try coloring ur food with blue colored food dye and see if u still shit blue >24h after eating it
    if the answer is yes then ur body slowly but surely accumulates gunk in ur colon by sheer logic, cuz if it takes >24h to leave u all ur food stays in u more than one digestion cycle and then stuff gets shitty and u feel like u cant shit after a while, its so terrible

    all viable food = water rich food, preferably with vitamin c
    starch is white dry vitamin-void junkkkkkkkk
    sweet potato tasty not cuz of starch but cuz of a quirky enzyme that makes starch sweet (fun fact: u can get potatoes sweeter by looking up at which temperature to cook them to keep the enzyme working the best) cuz fruit is our supposed carb source, not fucking shitty shitty shitty starchhhhh

    one may think “oh we r the minority, most ppl can digest starch fine”
    NOOOOOOO!!! look at dr fuhrmann’s eyes………..almost always inflammed, he eats his stupid legumes to increase his lifespan cuz they lower igf-1…but the starches dry up his colon and eyes and they get all slimey; i can see this cuz i know i have this shit too when i eat stupid starch….in my youth my eyes sometimes were TOTALLY RED BLOOD COLORED….it went away when i cut out all processed food but i never cleared it up until i went raw vegan…and then i was like “okay this is silly, i should really follow science and eat cooked food again and not deprive myself” but then it came raging back

    ……..they cant read studies righhhhhhhhht……….the fact that they suggest <40g (12%ish) fat is ridiculous....humans (for some reason) need a higher amount of fat for proper hormonal functioning than other primates (possibly due to our funky stuff we done in the paleo times where we ate some really crazy macros...look it up...the hunt seriously was ON lol)
    test it urself....try 30% fat and see how testosterone/libido/mood increases compared to 80/10/10 stuff...
    look dr greger...i can see he is true to his word and he eats 80/10/10 heavily starch'esque... he looks like a tired weak zombie

    the standard american diet has very good macros...standard american diet is = "wild human" macros...they dont know why they eat those macros but their body just tells them "oh yea here a chicken, and there a french fry"..

    humans had to eat starch cuz no fruit outside subtropics and possibly cuz there was an ice age and no fruit was available
    lets do away with this shit habit plox D:
    smoking > starch consumption imo

    also: check the back of ur tongue if u have candida, its caused by dry and slow digesting foods
    candida/sibo is obviously just a fake illness…it just means “bruh u ate wrong shit”

    ur starch loving (bad!!) bacteria in ur colon want that shit
    by eating bananas during ur cleanse u keep those suckers alive
    once they die off completely (fastest way is enemas + dry fasting) u wont experience hunger anymore
    starch is the enemy
    bananas r manmade – primates in the wild dont eat bananas…they eat citrus figs and mangos n stuff…starch is not meant to be in the human body rly….eat 10 bananas and see how stuffed u feel….D: (bananas r obviously lengths better than fucking LEGUMES tho D: D:….)

    u have very similar eye coloring like me
    its eye coloring of someone with severely shitty digestion

    easy way to check if someone has shitty digestion:
    how many “one wipe wonders” did u have in the last 10 years
    if number is <10 ur digestion is as shitty as mine
    rip

    i can just get them 100% reliably with "only raw meat" diets (which in fact is...fucking disgusting, yea)
    i dont really want to eat meat...stuff is toxic af D:
    "cancer risk increases above 17.4g red meat a day"...like wtf...i dont want that shit in my system! lol
