Hey everyone!!! 🌈🌈This vegan pastry cream recipe tastes so good, and it is so easy to make🍓🍓 You can find the ingredients below. For this recipe first you need to mix soy milk, sugar and corn starch. Get the stove to medium heat and stir them well to avoid any lumps. Add the vanilla extract and keep stirring. Add the lemon zest and take it off the stove and cover it up with stretch film and let it cool in the fridge for 30 min. You can use it in the pastries and cakes. 600 ml unsweetened soy milk
1 lemon zest
4 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
