This turned out to be delicious. The puff pastry is flaky & moist and the sweetness of the apples makes it perfect! This recipe makes 6 puff pastries

*One package of Pepperidge Farm puff pastry (includes two rolls of puff pastry)
*2 apples (I used ambrosia apples. My apples were a little big so I didn’t use all of it. Peeling the skin off the apples is optional)
*lemon juice
*1 tsp cinnamon
*3 tbsp sugar (I used organic cane sugar)
*plant based milk

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool a little before adding the topping

*6 tbsp powdered sugar (I used organic)
*6 tsp plant based milk (I used organic almond milk)
