Today I’m going to show you how to make two delicious fruit salsa recipes. WFPB Raw Vegan Mexican Fruit Salsas – Mango Salsa and Pineapple Jicama Salsa. Both are easy to make. Use them with tacos, burritos, tortilla chips, salads and more. Hope you try them out.

Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cups of Chopped Mango
1/2 cup chopped Red Onion
1 chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup of chopped Cilantro
1 finely chopped Serrano Pepper
Juice of 2 Limes
1 tsp of Lime Zest
Salt to taste

Directions: Chop your veggies. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl. Chill before serving.

Pineapple Jicama Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb of chopped Pineapple
1/2 cup of chopped Red Onion
1 finely chopped & de-seeded Jalapeno Pepper
1 chopped Red Bell Pepper
1 cup of chopped Jicama
1/4 cup of chopped Cilantro
1/4 cup of Lime Juice
Salt to taste

Directions: Chop your veggies. Mix all your ingredients in a bowl. Chill before serving.
