  1. Don’t get me wrong I love the idea of whole food plant based but your diet involves so little variety!
    Bananas, dates, cocoa, always the same veggies… it would be great to see real diversity in your videos!

  2. Do you work out a lot? I don’t really exercise so every time I try to eat this much I gainnnnnn (unnecessary weight). This looks really good though! I’m going to try that salad dressing. I also make your raw chocolate cookies all the time 🙂 xx

    • thanks very much! you should always eat as much as you feel that YOUR body needs. Don’t compare yourself to others. DO what works best for your body.

      My current weekly exercise routine is: 3x body-weight/dumbbell full body HIIT workouts + 2x run + 2x yoga 😊
