  1. looks beautiful AND delicious! i wish i could eat that way, but my metabolism sucks, i can only take a small volume of food before getting full, and my body can only tolerate so much sugar, even if it’s natural (no hate against fruit sugars, i think fruit is soooo beneficial!) how did you transition into this lifestyle? ❤️

    • I started this diet/lifestyle 5 1/2 years ago, I made the transition 100% overnight. I just dove straight into it 😎👍

    • +The Vegan Solution I eat raw vegan, but i also eat sproudet legumes like chickpeas and carbs like brown millet etc. and fats like nuts, seeds, coconut, olives, avocados.😉
      But of course I eat lots of fruits and veggies.😋

    • I am currently doing a 28 day raw vegan cleanse. So I am only eating raw fruits and veggies. I typically eat between 2300-2500 on average
