  1. 6 frozen bananas omg.. i also have a recipe.. 1 smooshed banana, mixed with some oats, chia seeds, random nuts and goji berries. Its been my breakfast for some time now and keeps me full for approximately 5-6 hours.

  2. Curious as to whether or not you have been weighing in during your cleanse? If so, what are the results so far? You have given me ‘food for thought’ in this one ! 😉

    • I weighed myself before starting, and I just weighed myself a few days ago ending the cleanse…. I am 161cm (5’3).

      My starting weight was 52.7kg, with 19.9% body fat, 20.7 BMI…… Now it’s 52kg and 19.2% body fat, and 19.9 BMI. SO not much difference. I lost a bit of weight, and body fat, but I really didn’t want to. Because I know I am at the most optimal healthy body shape/weight for my body structure. I made sure to eat 2300-2500 calories during the cleanse, as usual 👍 But I think I could have tried to eat even more to ensure no weight loss/fat loss. Raw foods are more easily and quickly absorbed into the body so it’s too easy to lose weight eating a raw foods diet. If you’re concerned about weight loss, just eat as much as you possibly can (more than you normally would when eating some cooked foods in your diet). I think I will discuss this in a video 😎

    • Ive been wondering that too! I have medical mediums book and would really like to do the cleanse to heal some serious issues I have, but really cant loose anymore weight so wanna know if this causes u to loose weight or if u can maintain your current weight while doing it.
