  1. First of all you look gorgeous sis! ? I learn so much when I watch your videos. Eating healthier gets very expensive I totally agree but it’s worth it but there are ways to get around if you know how and where to shop. As always thanks for going out of your way to share healthy facts with us. I think they should provide more things like the farmers market in our communities and more in different states where you can buy bulk even more swap meets and things of that sort.   2. This Country is just So Demonic and they want us to get sick so they can make money when we buy their drugs to treat these chronic diseases like Diabetes and High blood pressure from eating these processed foods! It’s a shame! Thanks for another great video sis

    • I couldn’t of said it any better, and our right that’s what their plan is, to make us sick, that’s why we have to take control of that situation and spend more to be health and live a better quality of life ?
